With reference to the above cited subject, Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace. (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013 & Government Order/ Guidelines, the internal complaints committee formation in the Government/Private sectors, the Organisation which consists of 10 or more employees are working in the organisation, It is mandatory to form an internal complaints committee. Therefore in your organisation whether internal complaints committee is constituted or not we need to know. If ICC constituted in your organisation the complete information please send it to Karnataka State Commission for Women through Email or Post/By hand to the below mentioned address within 7 days. If not, as per the SHW Act 2013 & Government Order/ Guidelines your organisation is considered as ICC is not constituted. According to the (Act & rule), further action will be taken. Therefore please take necessary action in this regard, & send the complete information. Please co-operate with us and give us the necessary information.
